Our values are a compass that guides our actions, ensures that every member of our team is working toward the same goal, and enables us to make our mission and vision a reality. These values not only shape our company culture but impact the lives of women all over the world.
Our core values are:
Bible-Based:
We are uncompromising in our position that the Scriptures are God-breathed, authoritative, the word of God, and are the objective standard by which we measure every word, thought, and action. The Scriptures ultimately point to Jesus Christ, lay out God’s unfolding plan of salvation, and provide guidance on how to live righteously. All that we believe, say, and do seeks to be rooted and grounded in God’s word. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Integrity:
Integrity means conducting ourselves in an honest, ethical, transparent, and authentic way. We aim to be genuine, sincere, reliable, trustworthy, consistent, and take ownership in everything we do.
Woman-centered:
We are unapologetic in our advocacy for women. We are solely focused on the unique experiences, perspectives, needs, concerns, challenges, goals, and well-being of women.
Compassion:
Compassion for women is at the heart of everything we do. We show compassion by demonstrating genuine concern, empathy, understanding, and kindness to women through our actions and words.
Change-makers:
We seek to disrupt the status quo, move the needle, and transform the lives of women through educational empowerment.
Proactive:
We think ten steps ahead and encourage women to move through the world with an awareness of the spiritual war that they are in, to anticipate problems, and be prepared for the future.
Boldness:
Boldness as a core value means that we take well thought-out risks, challenge cultural norms, move with confidence and courage, and tell it like it is even if it’s controversial.
Realism:
We believe that the best approach to equipping women against abuse and manipulation is accepting reality as it is and being prepared to deal with it accordingly. To this end, we educate women based on reality, evidence, facts, data, research, and the lived experiences of women all over the world. We deal with how things actually ARE, not how anyone pretends, hopes, or wishes things would be. Keeping women in a world of fantasies, fairy tales, false narratives, wishful thinking, idealism, and utopian beliefs leaves them unprepared for reality and sets them up to be preyed on by the kingdom of darkness and bad actors in the dating market.
